If your online application is successful, we’ll invite you to sit an online test. Then there will be an interview with a manager from the relevant practice. Do well and we’ll invite you to an assessment day that includes psychometric tests (numerical and verbal reasoning), a written exercise, a group activity and a second interview.

What you need
