I think students are using on-line job boards more and more these days. TotalJobs stand aside from the usual graduate job boards. The virtual careers fair is just another avenue making it easier for graduates to apply to different companies and having the relevant information there for them.

It's all about using innovation and technology to talk to students and to show them what opportunities are on offer for them.

It was really exciting for us to be approached to be part of Grad U8; it means we can get out and communicate more about our schemes and our placements to more students than we'd normally be able to reach.

It's a chance for us to reach a whole nation of graduates that we might not be able to so it's a real chance for students to experience and ask us questions about our program and to show them the opportunities that we have.

A gent may go for engineering, he might like what he sees in the media industry and apply for us. It's just a very easy way to get to a large audience of graduates on their own terms.
